Desert City Dark

We took our time to develop a blend that mitigates acidity via the beans sourced, which allows us to roast this one slightly lighter than comparable dark roast coffees. The end result is a rich, bold, full-bodied cup that does not present the smoky, burnt, ashy, or carbonic notes that many dark roast coffees carry. This is the perfect cup for acidity-averse folks: it won’t taste bitter, but it also won’t be overly bright or intense! Finally, a coffee you can bring home to mom and dad – and all actually enjoy together.
