Founded by Marián and Lim—partners in life and coffee—Zanya takes its name from a word symbolizing strength and femininity, honoring the K'ho and Montagnard women central to their community.
While Vietnam is globally known for Robusta production, Zanya represents a new generation rewriting that narrative through careful experimentation and transparent practices. This lot undergoes a rare double washing process—the beans are washed twice, extending processing time but delivering extraordinary clarity and brightness in the cup.

Expect a smooth, layered experience with notes of maple syrup, umeboshi plum, and port wine. The double wash process creates remarkable clarity, allowing each flavor to emerge distinctly without competing.
